Grenadine (Pomegranate Syrup)
- Bring 4 cups of pomegranate juice to a boil.
- Lower heat and simmer until it reduces in half, or less for
thicker
syrup. About 15 minutes.
- Add 2 cups of sugar and let it dissolve.
- Chill.
- Optional: add a little red food coloring.
