One of the most-frequently asked questions on the EAT-L mailing list, at least when I was active, was "What's the recipe for those garlic cheese rolls at Red Lobster?" In honor of this perennial query, I've archived two recipes for them here, along with my other recipe files. I'm slowly getting everything indexed in web pages; if you stumble into a directory listing, don't panic, because most of the recipes have very descriptive file names.
In December 1995, Lynn Boston asked me to make some fudge for her last day of the semester (she's taking library classes in Fullerton). I goofed when I was getting out the ingredients, and made Fudge Truffles instead. See Sweets for more recipes.
