Bisquick Waffles

• 2 cups Bisquick
• 1 egg
• 1⅓ cups milk
• 2 TB (1 oz) vegetable oil

Triple batch

• 6 cups Bisquick
• 3 eggs
• 4 cups milk
• 6 TB (3 oz) vegetable oil

July 2021, from the back of the Bisquick box. 1 level TB of chocolate chips per quarter and 4 minutes at a time in my waffler.

Sep. 2021. A triple batch needs one bag of chocolate chips, maybe a little more. 3 minutes at a time -- my waffler dial slips to "High" far too readily. Single batch yielded 14 waffles.
