Bacon Cheddar Cheese Bread

Bread Machine recipe.

2 1/2 tsp. yeast (1 packet)
3 cups bread flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 TB sugar
1 TB + 1 tsp butter
1 cup milk

2/3 cup grated cheddar cheese
2/3 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

Put first set of ingredients in bread machine. Start on "sweet bread." After the first mixing, when it beeps, add the cheese and bacon. Come back when it's ready to serve.

[Please note that we had some trouble with this, as it didn't rise very much. I may have had a bad batch of yeast, but caveat emptor or whatever.]
